(my task: drawing, reading newspaper, pick up the phone)
after 1 hour 30 minutes....


PA: tq, nik...next time I can borrow you again.

Monday        - update the reference number of banner sales
                      - typed list of polling stations
                      - calculate the total of banners sale.


Tuesday        - continue with calculate banner sales. (more challenging)
             
Wednesday  - sort the list of polling stations for the distributed circulation.
Thursday      - calculate the new audit price for banner
                   
waiting 3.30p.m to check out....

Hello friends.....!


So fun because I have work only for two day in this week. On Sunday and Monday... as a Muslim, we celebrate EidulAdha. so, for the next day, one of staff at my department call me and give me one more day to rest..i like it...(happy) got extra leave.

boring waiting task & no friend to talk...

              duty for two day :


#  calculate the total received of banner selling (audit)
# send a list of meters that to be disposed of to the certified financial.
#  need to completing voters name list for "pilihanraya"


So, next week I work only for four day... because on Sunday Kelantan is HOLIDAY....


on 3rd week, is more to rest..hihihi

second week at MPKB-BRI

30 October - 3 November 2011,

my activities...

this week, i need to complete and checking the "circular list" from 2006-2011. then, they give me the name list of "Pilihanraya Umum ke-13" and divided into of voting places. And again, i assigned to the special assistant room "YDP" for a while.

Sitting on this department is challenging actually because there are need mentally and physically to facing with different people because the task they give in the short time. so, it need to complete on the time they want...fuhhh, so tired!

i got have fun working here although they like my mom and dad, hehehe...

hurmmm.... i get stress when i need to typing thousand name list of  (meters to be disposed of) in 3 times. argghhh.... there editing, listing, counting and typing the same thing... TO STRESS!!!, but FINALLY it done when the computer was attack by VIRUS and can't opened it. unfortunately there are not backup file and nothing... as a GENIUS one i had printing all the meters list and i get the soft copy in my hand...HAHAHA!!!

this week, there are lot of typing...typing and typing... (too much complaining), hehehe...

typing for : part time form, BPP form updating the name list for SPR and arrange the report for meeting. at the same time, i know a lot of information and knowledge about my country and how they work as a "government officials"

         This week also know as "selling week" for banner.

MPKB-BRI...my 1st week.

Assalamualaikum.....
My 1st day at  MPKB-BRI for two months internship... MPKB-BRI is (Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu-Bandar Raya Islam) start working from 8.00a.m until 5.00p.m every Sunday - Wednesday but Thursday is half day work...(3.30p.m) don't be jealous OK,,,hehehe. the most important is no punch card...

                                                       " my administration department "


For first week, i work only 3day because i get started on MONDAY and Wednesday is DEEPAVALI day and i get rest on Friday and Saturday. I have observed to Administration Department. First day at this company i need to printing certificate for "Walkaton D'raja Kelantan" and "Konvensyen Kumpulan Inovatif Dan Kraetif (KIK) sektor awam peringkat Negeri Kelantan 2011"there are hundred certificate need to finish it. so, it take 2day to settle it. this department no young staff, hihihi...


At my Department, there a leader  Big Boss of MPKB-BRI...each department has their own boss but the leader of  Big Boss is at Administration Department where i had observed.
the Director of Administration give me the name list of Ketua Pusat Mengundi (KTM), huhuhu...there are thousands of name that i have to check and listing it.


Last day for the first week, i need to stay at special assistant room "YDP" Yang DiPertua... means be assistant for my leader big boss...to scary... the task is pick up the phone, take notes, receive letter and reading newspaper.
So, enough for this week. continue with my second story on "ciknik-story", OK!
