Last Day at MPKB-BRI (22122011)

Thursday.... last week  (^___^)




time is too fast... And today... I'm finish my internship at MPKB-BRI for two month...
lot of new thing that I got from there and I'm ready to start in "job world" hehehe.....
thank you for all staff at Administration Department because believe me to help and give the task for me... 
Also thanks for Laws Department because give me information about work that I never know before this...
        @_@ during I was there, I got three offer to work at MPKB-BRI...InsyaAllah, when I finish my study... I try to apply at this company....

-----------> my third boss at Administration Department "Cik Yah" believe me to do anything task that she give for me..... design & create the VIP card to distributed to council members.
-----------> the Adminstration Department has made farewell party in conjunction with last day at this company.

SPR time... ^__^

Assalamualaikum....


From this internship I had learn more something new... here I ned to update the voters name of SPR, typing, checking, counting & arrange the voters for the SPR 2012...

% Focus is important thing because there are hundred people that you need to arrange them at suitable place which close at their lives.  


% this task take time about 3 week to finish 
% arrange the SPR books to distribute for clerk votes.

Time to be "Personal Assisstant for YDP"

YDP ...my first BIG BOSS at MPKB-BRI....

Thanks to Allah S.W.T. because along I work at these department, they (staff) believe me and give the task that I never think that I can do. being Personal Assistant for the Super BIG BOSS at MPKB-BRI is a great job I have  done. There are nothing sadness along I replace "Kak Ina"
 P A(YDP) although for awhile...



I also learn more new thing and how to speak with VIP when there are an appointment to make.

@ take a note what appointment about
@ find the suitable date  
@ get the approver's from YDP
@ appointment approved.

when YDP  Personal Assistant out or in MC... i need to replace her... usually..take an appointment with others department if there are something to discuss and i need to confirm with his PA and she will get the approver's from Yang DiPertua...
lots of work that need to done if being PA...        @ take aapoinment with Azman PRO about RAWAKO programs to confirm with YDP..........                                            @ accept financial document from financial department ---->check to sign -----> taked MEMO from each depatment.

@ accepted MEMO from law department ( WRIT SEPINA TESTIFICANDUM AND DECUS            TECUM )
@  receive call from "TEMAN FAMA" to change suitable date for meeting
@ accept letter on"project development proposal Kota Bharu City Centre,Jln Hamzah, Seksyen 16, Kota Bharu"
@ accept fax from "SUK" arrival notification YAB Prime Minister at Kelantan.
@ proposal block of daily treatment ( Ambulance Care Centre) and Heamadialisis, hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

every week i capture the picture my self when there nothing work to do.hehehe... :)

Maal Hijrah 1433...

27.11.2011 - 1.12.2011

happy sunday & today i'm on MC again... hehehe. Hopefully, this new year give blessing to Muslims... (1433H) 


first day in week six, i need to settle 3 books of audit... I think it's over but there are still have... huhuhu...
while i'm focus to complete audit, at the same time.. I need to replace YDP personal assistant at her room. every day...every week & until  finish practical, I need to replace her when she have emergency case or when she breakfast... (9.30 a.m - 10.30 a.m) replace time...

Tuesday :
  • create a business card to one employee
  • typing and making the sign of the reference file to be placed in the file room (this company still use manually way... all document are keep in file room... lot of document and the risk is so high)          
Wednesday :
  • taking a letter at Information Technology (IT) zone 
  • sending a letter to Mr.Ahmad Lotfi at Services Department.
  • prepare list of S.O.S. Somalia to confirmed
  • count overtime allowance claim statement for Administrative Department MPKB-BRI                         2011.

3 days work 4 days is HoLiDay...

Salam Awal Muharram 1433 Hijrah (28 NOVENBER2011)
Hai... for this weeak I got two days MC because:


Sunday :
  •   leave for attend for MUET examination at Bahau, Negeri Sembilan.
Monday :
  •   typing list of postal post 
  •   typing a letter of confirmation of quatation or tender list
  •  calculate and checking corporate dresess supply list MPKB-BRI
  •  arrange full meeting of conference minute paper MPKB-BRI
Tuesday :
  •   arrange full conference circulation MPKB-BRI in conjuction of Awal Muharram 1433 Hijrah
  • stationed in secretary room (Yang DiPertua)
  •   delivered letters to head services department
* because of rainy season, many workers did not come in office and only me, practical student who came. no works to do... so, feel to sleepy.


Wednesday :
  • raining...raining and raining... from morning until evening.
Thursday     : EMERGENCY LEAVE BECAUESE OF FLOOD !!

           as usually:
PA : can you sit in my room?
nik : why? (although I know why...) hehehe
PA : I want go to breakfast...
nik : ok....


(my task: drawing, reading newspaper, pick up the phone)
after 1 hour 30 minutes....


PA: tq, nik...next time I can borrow you again.
nik(every day) ???


Monday        - update the reference number of banner sales
                      - typed list of polling stations
                      - calculate the total of banners sale.


Tuesday        - continue with calculate banner sales. (more challenging)
             
Wednesday  - sort the list of polling stations for the distributed circulation.
Thursday      - calculate the new audit price for banner
                   
waiting 3.30p.m to check out....

Hello friends.....!


So fun because I have work only for two day in this week. On Sunday and Monday... as a Muslim, we celebrate EidulAdha. so, for the next day, one of staff at my department call me and give me one more day to rest..i like it...(happy) got extra leave.


boring waiting task & no friend to talk...










              duty for two day :


#  calculate the total received of banner selling (audit)
# send a list of meters that to be disposed of to the certified financial.
#  need to completing voters name list for "pilihanraya"


So, next week I work only for four day... because on Sunday Kelantan is HOLIDAY....


on 3rd week, is more to rest..hihihi
